Catherine Farren-Price was born in Adelaide,South Australia in 1956.
She studied Fine Arts at Adelaide College Of The Arts from 1973-1976 She then taught art in South Australia until 1983.
In 1984-1986, she studied Theatrical Make-up and Special Effects in Sydney and worked as a freelance makeup artist in the film and television industry for 12 years while continuing throughout the years with painting.
Catherine is based in Sydney and has been working for 8 years as a full-time Artist.
She has won several local awards for her figurative and still-life paintings.
